Property management accounting requires more than basic bookkeeping. From trust compliance to owner reporting and portfolio-level visibility, your financials must be accurate, defensible, and aligned with real estate regulations. As a CPA, your books are structured not just to record transactions, but to support confident decisions across your properties and investments.

Standard reports don’t answer the questions property managers actually have. Your financials are structured to provide clean owner statements, property-level performance insights, and portfolio visibility so you can make confident decisions without second-guessing your numbers.

Peter Fider, CPA
Peter Fider immigrated from the Philippines to the United States in 2000. As a first-generation immigrant, he learned early that success comes from hard work and determination. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Temple University and became both a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and an Enrolled Agent (EA). He spent nearly 20 years in corporate accounting, building deep experience in financial systems, reporting, and operations.
As a rental real estate owner himself, Peter understands the financial challenges real estate professionals face, especially property managers balancing growth, compliance, and daily operations. That experience led him to build Meatball Accounting. Help real estate professionals, especially property managers, gain clarity in their finances and grow with confidence. And beyond the business…
Peter is a husband, father of three, and co-owner of Meatball Accounting alongside his wife, Meghan Fider. The company is named after their beloved dog Meatball, who passed away two years ago — a lasting reminder that family is at the heart of everything they build.
